In Warminski Hotel & Conference we have 7 air-conditioned conference rooms with a total area of ​​over 450 sqm.
All rooms are equipped with modern audiovisual equipment and have access to daylight. The price of the room includes basic equipment: screen, flipchart, sound system, wireless microphone. Conference guests can also enjoy free high speed internet.

• DĘBOWA - the largest meeting room in the hotel, housed 240 people in the cinema, which can be divided into two separate rooms. Its equipment with air conditioning, sound system, stage, lectern, connect to a 3-phase current, dance floor, a large area of daylight, direct exit to the terrace, overhead screen, direct communication with the kitchen, wardrobe facilities, lighting combined wired and wireless Internet. Dębowa is a suitable place for conferences, lectures, shows, as well as team building and dinner combined with a ceremonial dance party.
• KLONOWA,  BRZOZOWA,   SOSNOWA, meeting rooms are located on the first floor. Seat up to 45 people. Meeting in conjunction with a entresol support both training and other events linked to the snack buffet.
• BUSINESS ROOM – is a cozy room with the table for 10 people. It is the perfect place for business meetings and recruitment. Situated near the lobby and hotel front desk.
• ATELIER – this elegant, intimate room with an extra bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette, ideal for meetings up to 30 people. It is organized both for the training, presentations and business meetings combined with lunch or dinner. In addition to the room adjoins a spacious apartment.

Each conference room has natural and artificial lighting with total blackout. For the purpose of training we provide screens, flipcharts, multimedia projectors, laptops and sound facilities. We also offer stage, lecterns, etc. In all rooms free kable and Wi-Fi internat is available. Our High-Speed Balanced 10/10 Mbps allows you to organize the conference with live coverage on-line.

• ENTRESOL is a space with banquet tables with direct access to the meeting rooms Klonowa, Brzozowa oraz Świerkowa. This creates the possibility of extending the space in case of organization the exhibitions, conference and dinner held in the meeting rooms. 

• FOYER and reception adjacent to the Dębowa room is an ideal exhibition space during the mini-fairs, conferences and Road Show. It is also the ideal place for serving coffee breaks.
